When it comes to children’s eye care, we aim to provide the best possible care in everything from our examinations to our products.
We also know that not every child enjoys coming to the opticians, so we do our best to make the experience child-friendly.
WHY ARE KIDS EYE TESTS IMPORTANT?
The most important thing you can do to support a child’s eye health is to have their eyes regularly examined.
From childhood eye conditions to undetected vision loss, having their eyes looked at by a professional is essential to make sure any problems can be treated quickly and effectively.
Our testing is specialised for different age groups so kids of all ages can have their vision tested regardless of whether they can read or not.
The NHS entitles all children under 16 and teenagers under 19 in full-time education to free eye examinations to ensure they receive the eye care they need.

As part of our family-friendly service, we stock a superb range of glasses designed especially for children. Our range of sizes will fit every age and our collection includes fashionable and durable frames to appeal to all tastes.
We specialise in Paediatric Dispensing and stock frames to fit everyone from a six month old baby to a fashion-conscious teen as well as specialist frames such as the Tomato Frames, Nano Sports specs and the Erins World Collection for specialist fittings.
